Biographie : "Sammy Baloji est un photographe né en RDC en 1978. Il a étudié la littérature et les sciences humaines à l’Université de Lubumbashi et a d’abord travaillé en tant que bédéiste, avant de se spécialiser dans la photographie et la vidéo. Son oeuvre a été exposée dans le monde entier (Amsterdam, Bamako, Berlin, Bilbao, Bruxelles, Paris, Cape Town…) et a obtenu de nombreux prix prestigieux, notamment le Prix Afrique en Creation et le Prix pour l’image aux “African Photography Encounters” de Bamako.
